Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your Mo Joe's Soft Gums, but if you have a problem with your order then we’ll sort it as quickly as we can.

As a food product, Mo Joe's are non-refundable once opened, unless the product arrives to you in a state unfit for consumption. If this is the case, please contact us using the Get in Touch section on our website and we’ll either send a replacement or issue you with a refund to the payment method you used for purchase within 14 days. Customers are responsible for inspecting our products on arrival and must notify us within 21 days of any defects or damages.
