We recommend that you do not consume Mo Joe’s, or any other CBD based product whilst pregnant or breast feeding.

CBD will not get you high in any quantity or dose because it is not psychoactive. Psychoactive means it has no intoxicating qualities. THC, which is another compound found in cannabis, is the compound responsible for the psychoactive effects associated cannabis. You won’t find any trace of THC in Mo Joe’s CBD products.

CBD will not make you drowsy. CBD has a calming effect on the mind which enables you to focus and concentrate better. CBD also helps your mind to relax which should help you rest. The combination of essential vitamins and minerals in both Mo Joe’s Day and Night Soft Gums have been specifically tailored with our pure CBD to assist with alertness and rest respectively.

Yes, our CBD gummies are edibles that contain CBD extracted from the hemp plant and do not contain any artificial ingredients. They are free of animal products and by-products.

Vitamins and minerals are nutrients that our bodies need to develop and function normally. Some play bigger roles than others, hence “essential”. The known essential vitamins include A, C, D, E, K, and the B vitamins. As for minerals, the list includes the likes of Iron, Zinc, Manganese, Calcium, potassium & sodium amongst some others.

We recommend that you take 2 of our Soft Gums daily to start with. That is the equivalent of 20mg of CBD per day. We supply our Soft Gums in packs of 60 which provides for approximately a month’s intake of CBD. With experience you may want to adapt the number of Soft Gums you take each day. You should not however take more than 70mg of CBD or more than 7 of our Soft Gums per day. If you are taking both our products, 70mg still applies, it is not 70mg of CBD per product.

However, we would recommend still starting with 2 of the Good Day in the morning and 2 of the Good Night in the evening if you are using both products.
